Resolved a bug that briefly caused server errors right after the app's cache connection woke from idle.

Rescheduling an interview now saves correctly and sends the expected email notification.
Fixed job list showing duplicate or missing jobs
The closed jobs list now paginates reliably instead of showing jobs twice or skipping them between pages.
Fixed Add Candidate form missing dropdown options
Custom screening field options now load correctly, and formatted labels display properly instead of raw HTML.
